The Settings, Billing & Subscription page in Inventory HQ is where admins manage the account’s subscription tier, user and location limits, payment methods, and profile preferences.

Billing & Subscription

The billing page shows a summary of your current subscription. Only Company Admins can access this section.

Plan management

Use Upgrade limits or Downgrade limits to adjust seat and location allocations. Use Change Plan to switch tiers. Past invoices are under Billing History.
Downgrading may restrict access to features or users if you exceed the lower tier’s limits. Check your current usage against the new limits before downgrading.

Payment methods

Your saved card is shown with its last four digits and expiry date. Click Add New to add a card, or Delete to remove one.

Your profile

Reach your own profile from the three-dots menu at the bottom left of the sidebar, next to your company name. From there you can update your name, email, and profile photo, change your password, and toggle Receive Low Stock Email Updates. Terms and Conditions and your subscription are accessible from the same menu.
  • User Permissions - Manage team members and their seat allocations
  • Locations - Add warehouses and service trucks, which count toward your location limit
  • Low Stock Alerts - Configure when and how low stock notifications are sent
