Once a truck is active in InventoryHQ, your dashboard shows you live stock counts for every vehicle. Low-inventory alerts surface before a crew drives to a job short on materials. Usage history lets you spot patterns — which trucks burn through material fastest, which jobs run over estimates, and where restocking runs can be consolidated.
Use reorder thresholds on high-turn items like ridge cap, ice-and-water shield, and fasteners. InventoryHQ flags those items as soon as a truck dips below your set quantity, giving you time to restock before the next job.

Service truck tracking is available as a paid add-on at $19 per truck per month. Each truck you add to your account gets its own inventory ledger, transfer history, and job costing tie-ins. You can add or remove trucks at any time from your account settings.
