Job Templates are reusable material pull lists for repeat job types. Build a template once and apply it to any job so the crew always pulls the same items the same way. This page covers how administrators create templates and how anyone applies them from a job.

Creating a template (Admin)

1

Open Job Templates

Go to Job Templates in the sidebar and click Add Job Template.
2

Name the template

Enter a name and an optional description.
3

Add material lines

For each line, select the location, the material, and optionally a quantity. Click + to add more lines.
4

Save the template

Click Save. The template is now available on every job.
Quantity is optional at template level by design. Leave it blank where the amount varies by job and the crew will enter the real number in the field.

Applying a template

1

Open Pull Material

On any job, click Pull Material.
2

Select the template

Open the Select Template dropdown and choose your template. Every line pre-fills automatically.
3

Adjust quantities

Change the quantities to what is actually going out, then submit the pull.
Templates quietly standardise your material lists. Building one per repeat job type means everyone pulls the same items the same way, which makes your job costing comparisons meaningful.
