You stock a service truck the same way you stock a warehouse. Once a truck has inventory, its stock appears in the Inventory location filter and counts toward low stock alerts just like any warehouse location.

Restock a single item

  1. Open Inventory and find the item you want to add to the truck.
  2. Click Restock on the item row.
  3. In the restock form, select the service truck as the destination location.
  4. Enter the quantity and confirm. The stock is added to the truck immediately.

Import stock in bulk

If you need to load many items at once, use a bulk warehouse import:
  1. Go to Inventory and select Add Warehouse Bulk Material.
  2. Choose the service truck as the target location in your import template.
  3. Upload the completed file. All listed items are stocked to the truck in one batch.

How truck stock is tracked

Location filter

Truck stock appears in the Inventory location filter alongside warehouses, so you can view and manage it from the same list.

Low stock alerts

Items in a service truck count toward low stock alerts. If a truck item drops below its minimum threshold, it triggers a Minimum Stock Alert like any warehouse item.
