The mobile app is for the people doing the work. It uses the same data as the web platform, in real time, and respects the same roles and location assignments.

  • Pulling and returning materials on a job while at the job.
  • Restocking and checking stock at a warehouse or on a truck.
  • Running physical audits and cycle counts on location.
  • Receiving Ready for Audit notifications and approving or rejecting audits.
  • Requesting equipment and signing for it.

Before your crew logs in

Confirm user roles and locations

Confirm each user has a role and at least one assigned location in Users. A user with no location assigned will see nothing.

Stock the locations

Confirm the materials the crew needs are stocked to the location they will pull from, including trucks.

Assign auditors

Confirm the auditor for each location is assigned, so Ready for Audit notifications reach a real person.
All the rules in the Jobs section apply identically on mobile. Positive quantities on zero-stock pulls, full units only on returns, and partials restocked as new items. The app is a different screen, not a different process.
The mobile app has its own video series and SOP covering the field workflows screen by screen. Point new crew members there rather than at this manual.
