## Add-Ons

Extend your plan as your business grows with individual add-ons. All add-ons are billed at the same frequency as your base plan (monthly or annual).

<Tip>
  If you're adding a second warehouse location, the **Additional Warehouse** add-on is the most economical way to expand — you get the new location plus 5 extra user seats for \$99/month, compared to adding those users individually.

## Monthly vs. Annual Billing

You can choose between monthly and annual billing on any plan.

**Monthly billing** charges your card on the same date each month. You can cancel at any time and won't be charged again after your current billing period ends.

**Annual billing** is charged as a single upfront payment covering 12 months at a **15% discount** compared to monthly pricing. This is the most cost-effective option for teams that are committed to the platform.

<Warning>
  Annual plans are **not prorated if canceled early**. If you cancel an annual plan before the 12-month period ends, you will not receive a partial refund for unused months. Your access continues through the end of the paid period. If you're unsure whether InventoryHQ is the right fit, start with a monthly plan or use the 30-day free trial first.

## Upgrading or Downgrading Your Plan

    Navigate to **Settings** and select **Billing** from the left-hand menu.

    Select **Change Plan** to view available plan options and add-ons.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Choose your new plan">
    Select the plan you want to move to. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing period.

    Review the pricing summary and click **Confirm**. Your billing details update automatically.

## Canceling Your Subscription

    Navigate to **Settings** and select **Billing**.

    Scroll to the bottom of the billing page and select **Cancel Plan**.

  <Step title="Confirm the cancellation">
    Follow the confirmation prompt. Your access continues until the end of your current billing period — you will not be charged again after that.

## Data After Cancellation

After your subscription ends, your data is retained for **up to 365 days**. During that window, you can reactivate your account and pick up where you left off. After 365 days, your data is permanently deleted.
